This was my summer personal project. I had the idea to do a gear grid and ink my hockey gear one piece at a time. I did not realize how much fun this would be... AND time consuming... I loved how it turned out. Each piece of gear having it's own details, lighting and patterns. I had way too much fun adding in the Busch Light beer can. All in all, it was nice to branch away from my normal architectural ink drawings and have some fun trying something new.
The original drawing has been sold and 100% of the sale went to the Santa Rosa Vintage Hockey Classic youth scholarship fund. What a perfect ending to a really fun project.
